Dude do you know how hard it is to get a job at GS? After one of my siblings applied(and he knows the hiring manager of HR at GS NYC) it took him two months before he got an interview.

Bro, yeah I know its super hard, but I am extremely determined. Is there any chance we can exchange e-mails? I am interested in finding out how your sibling got the job, and how the interview went, etc...

Please let me know I'd love to hear more from you.

Sincerely,

D.

I'm really happy to see other students pursuing medicine. I am a biology/history double major and I am in the process of studying for the mcat and applying next summer. As some of you know Loyola University Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine publicly announced that they would accept DACA students. This further motivates me and makes me hopeful that more schools would follow along soon. So for those applying this summer good luck and please report back your experiences, it would be great to help each other. Thanks!

Currently a sophomore and working on my Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Without DACA, I would have not been able to continue my nursing education career due to clinicals requiring work eligibility.

In addition, I was recently promoted after working 6 months for a company that I applied for and began working for right after I received my DACA and EAD approval.

DACA has changed my life in many more ways than I can think of and there's no way to say how grateful I am that we were to be given this opportunity.
