Their perspective being the general public and administration in the white house.

I do stand by my comment about Obama just doing his job. The dreamers issue though can be likened to a human rights case. We were raised here since we were kids and had no say in the matter and have no way to adjust without accruing a ban.

My parents for example overstayed their visas which when it comes down to it is their fault. They slacked off when it came down to processing our apps and decided to stay instead of going back. As much as I hate to say it, it is entirely their fault for not doing things the right way. Same with people crossing the border. It's a tough world we live in but at the same you have to realize crossing the border for whatever reason or overstaying a visa is illegal. I know people cross the border to take a chance at a better life but that doesn't make it any less illegal. That's how the other side sees things and for the most part they would be right. For is living through it we wish and want for a reprieve but the fact is that not everyone deserves it.

I've been raised here since I was in kindergarten. When I found out my parents overstayed I was 18. I know nothing about colombia and can barely keep up with the Spanish language. You tell me to go back to a country I know nothing about because of my parents mistake? That's injustice and the reason the dream act is necesary.

I'm all for immigration reform because you can't just deport the 12 million illegals in the country. But at the same time I'm a realist and I know millions of those people cheated their way into the system.

You overstayed your visa regardless of whether you came here as a 1 month old or an 18 year old, there's no law requiring sympathy from the government because you came here as a minor. The law says you must be deported and banned for 10 years. You don't speak spanish? tough shit, go back to Colombia and take your parents with you since they broke the law as well, no human rights bs, no feeling sorry for you, the law is the law. How you like it now?

Obama was always my choice from the start and always will be.

Dreamers and other undocumented have the best chance with Obama right now.

This one is a no-brainer choice.
