I dont see how their lawsuit carries any weight given the president was way within his power toe enact DACA

Looks like this issue is heading towards a major showdown before midterm elections. If daca gets cancelled in any way, it will force Democrats and Republicans to actually act rather than sitting on their asses.

This is actually great news. We don’t want DACA forever! Congress has to be pressured to do something! Both sides just put the issue to the side after the courts intervened! No need to panic here. We need turmoil to get this passed and this provides just that. If you’re 150-200 or I’d argue even 300 days out from expiration date I would send in my renewal ASAP!!! Just put in a CHECK instead of a money order in case they reject your application for being too early.

If anything does get done, it will be some money for Trump's wall and a big fat extension on DACA
