How cruel is the "moderate" and "compromise" Ryan bill? It allows Dreamers to enlist in the military but then carves them out of current law that allows them to naturalize by virtue of that service.

The bill says " the applicant will not be qualified if is found inadmissible. Such as Failure to comply with a removal order or voluntary removal order

Just like someone has already mentioned in this thread " how can you comply with removal order if you are still in US." this requirement will excludes a lot of dreamers. It doesn't make sense.

And on top of not qualifying, if you have a final order, you will be targeted for deportation.

ah fuck oversight on my part. I thought the election was nov 2019 and they take office on 2020 for some reason.
