Show them the flyer if they give you BS by rejecting your birth certificate or asking for state ID/DL

That flyer indicates that they take school id's , which they don't or state id's which they refused to do in my case.

show them the flyer when they refuse. They have to follow the rules of their jobs.

YES! I finally got a print-out today. After a three week waiting. Still waiting on the card though :S. I'm going to the DMV next Tuesday. I applied on the 2nd, got approved today, so the 10 day warning was not really a myth for me. It took longer than expected. At least stay away from offices in metropolitan areas (i went to one, that's why the longer waiting ) , go to the offices in the suburbs, they seem more polite and service is way faster. You may even get approved the very same day.
