Hi everyone!
I'm kind of new. I was registered before, years ago but I don't recall my login information or email address I used so Ive created this new account.
Not sure if it will even matter anymore trying to renew at this point. I expire in March
But I figured I'd take my chances since I've got nothing to lose anyway (other than $465).
1) I'm currently trying to renew and I have a couple questions. Did anyone of you provide any additional information on i-765ws, part 2, regarding your economic need for employment? What kind of information did you provide? I remember adding some information the first time I applied, but the first time I renewed after that I don't remember if I did. I think I left that blank.
Do you think this will better our chances at being approved again?
2) Part 2 of that same sections asks for "Current value of assets"... I've added up what I have in 401k (just my contribution not my employers) + the stock value I have acquired through my employer. Is this okay for this portion of this form? I don't own anything else of value.

1) You do not need to provide proof of economic need. You can just write a few sentences about it.
2) Yes, that should be ok.

My case was weird (bios delay). Case received-June 8th Biometrics appointment scheduled-Sept. 30th Biometrics completed-October 21st EAD in production-November 8th (ironic) DACA approved-November 9th I don't know how many EAD began being produced before my DACA approval. |

I don't think I even want to write a few sentences. Don't know what I'd say lol
Congrats to all of you being approved! Even if Trump were to do something about DACA I don't think they could just take back what the federal government has already given you (for the next two years). Lets see what happens with me in March
