That might be a good idea. We should all contact them specially the ones that are expiring 8/17.

My current daca expires not until Oct, but everyone should feel free to contact NILC through:

If you submitted your renewal application at least 120 days before your expiration date, you can contact NILC for help at
reply@nilc.org. (Please write DACA renewal delay in the subject line of your e-mail message)

There's a lot of conflicting information out there.
100% Agreed with this.

According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records, this petition/application was approved and it has been sent to production. Your case will be processed in order based on the approval date. If you do not receive the document within 30 days please contact us again.
I was traveling and came home hoping to find my EAD but nothing.
Today I called USCIS and they could not see the approval. Gave me the same script as the others have shared.

I am hoping it will come in the mail soon. I have an info pass appt end of the week.
InfoPass appointment this afternoon:
I took all my documents along and a rep reviewed my case with my receipt #. I also showed her the email I had received in response to my e-request (case approved and sent to production). I was there to find out why I had not received my card as yet. The rep reported that its not approved and sent to production, but it means they have all the required information and case is pending assignment to an officer who will then send it to production. This is really disappointing. The rep did email for an update on my case.
  • I asked about the interim EAD and those are done in case of green card approvals I was informed.
  • Working with an EAD that may expire is technically not allowed but its up to the employer.
I think I will now follow up with an Ombudsman - Case Assistance inquiry.
The waiting carries on.
Good Luck to all

Wow sorry to hear that. They're really putting you through an emotional roller coaster. Guess you were right to be suspicious about that email but still...

So the interim EAD's are for those with a pending green card applicant? Does that mean that if one has a pending application you can potential ask for one?

The question is when you did you receive the email that you case was approved? Also you should log into https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov and see if you have received a notification letter online. From what I see in your case, it's seems to be approved which is great and just taking a lil bit of time before your card is sent to production, I'm not an expert but whatever that rep told you doesn't make anysense to me if you have received an email that your case was approved.

Mine has not expired yet but I am getting more nervous than ever. That is also my plan that if my documents expire I will just stay quiet until someone says something to me. What else can I do?

I've been at my job for 3 years and cannot imagine what will happen if I do not get the paper on time. i don't want to go back to how it was before working as a nanny. This is so stressful.
