Has anybody dealt with USCIS suspending your app because they say you didn't complete your Biometrics even though you did?

Asking for someone else.

I was told I couldn't open a service request until after 90 days.
Driving me crazy

Hello, everyone. I am a new member, but I've been following the site for a while. I was finally approved for my third DACA.

Timeline:
8/02- Application Received
8/23- Biometrics
11/16- Approval

I still need to get my EAD in hand. Also, I kept track of other applications (Five of them) that had the same receipt date using the USCIS app on my phone and four of us got approved today. Coincidentally, this was my 105th day and I was planning inc calling to put in service request. Good luck to everyone!

What service center was your app routed to?

Thanks! My receipt number started with IOE but my application was routed to Nebraska.

I sent my renewal 2 days ago, but I forgot to print/send my Notifications sheet. My cover letter says I did include one. I didn't realize I forgot it until I was at the post office, and I was not gonna postpone sending it out for that reason. I'm assuming since it was optional it won't matter but it sucks that now I won't get any notifications

Can I request email or text notifications after the fact?
I'll just have to continue to check for updates myself, right? I should also receive snail mail with a receipt ..right?

I have a pretty simple question to anyone who has been in the same situation. I'm gonna renew in a couple of months. The first time I applied I used a lawyer since I had a misdemeanor and wanted the process to go over smooth. Now that I'm gonna renew should I use the same lawyer or should I try to do it myself and save a couple of bucks?

I would advice to do the renewal yourself (I would wager to say that at least 80-90% of renewal applicants file themselves). The hard part (the initial application with a misdemeanor on record) is already done by the lawyer and you were approved. A renewal is far less complex, doesn't require any further evidence other than your previous approval, and the application is short and straight forward.

When I initially applied for DACA I used a lawyer, but for the 2 renewals since, I have just filed myself. Didn't make sense to me to fork over $1000 for something as simple as filing out DMV forms. You can use the application that the lawyer prepared for you initially for reference on how to fill things out and you can also come here if you have questions.

I just wanted to update everyone on my situation.
My EAD was sent to new Mexico because my lawyers name was the same as some other lawyer in new Mexico.
I went to USPS and ask to for the address where my EAD was delivered, they gave me a PO box number.
I googled the PO box and found the owner of the box. I contacted the owner of the PO box and asked to send my EAD to me. My lawyer had to send in a proof that the EAD was mine.

Today after almost 7 months I got my EAD!
