I guess. I'm expiring this Friday and haven't been approved either. On Saturday I got a letter saying that my case was given to an officer on 10/28/16 and should receive an answer within 60 days. Almost halfway there and nothing yet. Anybody going thru this too?

I expired last Friday. I have a receipt notice from 8/3

Hey just wanted to share my experience with DACA renewal.

App received 8/8/16

My app had been pending for 105 days on 11/21/16

I called on 11/21/16 and they created a "service ticket" they let me know that they would flag my case because it was outside of normal processing time. They told me it would take 15-30 days for them to get back to me.

I checked my case status on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus and it had been approved today 11/22/2016.

So here is my overall timeline:

Case received: 8/8/16
Biometrics appt: 9/02/16
Exp: 10/28/16
DACA APPROVAL : 11/22/2016
EAD: Will update when I receive card in mail.

I have all my documents ready for my 2nd renewal. I'll be using a manila envelop to stash them inside, but how should I bundle them up? How did y'all send yours?

Just wanted to drop by and let everyone know I was approved yesterday.

My case was pending for 209 days before I was approved, I still can't believe it, I was actually starting to loose hope. To everyone else still waiting, keep calling and emailing USCIS, contact your congressional representatives, and keep asking ILRC and/or NILC to elevate your case.

Hope everyone gets approved soon

Great to hear! Really does help to share your experience. I'm still waiting on mine going on almost 2 months since it expired. My case was received a month after yours. Thanks for sharing!

Gives me some hope too. Mine was received right around the same time yours was. Ive been expired for a little over 1 month. Job still waiting for it...
