So for the ppl that are still waiting past your expiration date, how are you living your life when it comes to driving and current job?

I've been at my job for almost 4 years, and they have never asked about it. Even when i had to renew the 1st time they never brought it up. I'm just staying quiet.....

As for my license , it was issued for 5 years.

So all is normal for me ,thankfully, but it is stressful.....

Update on my case. I was approved on 11/15 and I received my EAD today. I'll post my timeline again

Received- 8/2
Biometrica- 8/23
Approved- 11/15
EAD Delivered- 11/22

Do you guys are renewing in your own or look for help in free clinics to renew it.?

Another question: How did you organize your renewal package? Can we use paper clips ?

I've done it alone for renewals. I requested a copy of my initial application from USCIS since my lawyer was being an a!! About it. If you can get ahold of your initial application it's pretty easy and straightforward.

Also, I paper clipped everything I sent off.

I am glad you got yours. You and I have almost same time line. I see my case has approved on elis but no card yet. I wonder if the location matters. I live in east coast and my service center is Nebraska. Where do you live and what is your service center?

For me i was fortunate that even though my boss is Republican he was very supportive when i explained everything to him. I told him i hope everything would be resolved 2 months max after expiration and i got really lucky because my card was produced today. I expired on Sept. 11th. I wanted to be honest with him and it paid off!

This is my 3rd renewal. Me and my sister filled the first time with a lawyer. Kept a copy and then filled it out ourselves the 2nd and 3rd time. Its easier on renewal because you dont have to submit as much paperwork. Just make sure you answer every question correctly and dont leave anythong blank. My app was delayed extra few weeks because of one answer left blank!

So guys here is the final update for my Daca renewal. This is my 3rd renewal.
Receipt date 8/3/2016 (service center Nebraska, sent priority mail 8/1/2016)
Biometric test scheduled 9/22/2016
EAD approved 11/15/2016
EAD received 11/25/2016

Overall it has been such a stressful experience. I had no idea Nebraska service center was taking longer than usual time after I have submitted my paperwork. I thought it would take like 2-3 month to get everything done but wasn't the case this time. I have been out of work for like a month and going back on Monday yaaay so happy. Most importantly I did give USCIS a call on my 105 day mark and was approved the next day. After that it took 10 days to have my card on my hand. Meanwhile I was checking my status constantly on elis and my case status check on USCIS. Lots of prayers to all the people who are still waiting. I came here almost everyday to check if someone was approved and this forum helpmed me a lot to get through the stressful days. I cannot put my timeline in the spreadsheets because the link was not working.
