The 90 days don't start until your I-821D has been approved.

Those people that are calling in and getting a "service request" won't do them any good because the I-821D has a processing time of 4-6 months, not 75 days.

Idk how true this is, considering that in order for a "service request" to be actually done, the rep that tells you he/she will do it will have to actually talk to someone and have them look into your case, which MAY speed up your application, regardless of being approved or not for an interim EAD. I personally was told that someone will contact me within 15 days about my case, something is better than nothing.

The whole point of the Service Request is to notify the Service Center that the 90 day processing time for the I-765 is coming up. The thing is, that doesn't apply to us since we first need our I-821D approved, which USCIS gave a 4-6 month processing time. They won't just give us a interim EAD after 90 days, because we don't qualify for one without DACA.

But hey, if it makes some people feel at ease, have at it.

I know JJ Glo I keep telling them but they don't listen. Well if it helps them. All I know is people are just clogging the system with multiple phone calls and e-mails. I think we are going to annoy the FBI first.

hahaha. Yea. Seriously. If I didn't have this damn paper to worry about I think I would be freaking out over the whole thing like the rest. But, seriously. I keep procrastinating here.

If you don't have a paper do. Things to do while waiting for DACA.

Read a book
train for a marathon
read the dmv book
volunteer is the holiday season (homeless kids shelter or something)
learn to cook
go for a bike ride
help other fill their application
volunteer for an immigrant organization translating or helping people fill out their applications.
go to the movies
learn to knit
go to in and out and eat--if your in the east coast your missing out.
go ice skating...point do something..quit calling uscis..your time will come!! Things happen when they are supposed to. Ying -yang..karma etc...The Universe is on your side!!!

Hey....i know this has been stated a few time but does anyone know if its a 75 day wait or 90 day wait until you can contact them? And is it counting from time of application submission or biometrics? And what number are we calling? Thanks.

yes most likely
I'm in a similar situation and there is a whole thread dedicated to people like us. So far there has been 1 approval and his case was like 12 years old
