Hello, just to clarify, if you receive i-797c confirnation does this mean that the application itself has been apprived? Meaning only background check are necessary? I am hearing different response from different people. If so, then people who did not provide sufficient info in the application would not receive biometric appointment?

I was scheduled for biometric testing on the 20th and walked in today after lunch in Houston's ASC. I didn't need an excuse and the process only took about 4 minutes. I spent about 10 minutes total in the building. All I had with me were my passport and my receipt.

Just think about it, would you give someone a job then tell them you need to check their background with the FBI after you hire them?
