I expire 9/26, which is this Friday, and still no word. I've called them, spoken to an officer, they said the are looking into it and have submitted an expedite request and that's all I've heard.
Even if I get approved today my card won't arrive in the mail for at least 4 days and by then I will have already been let go from my job because they are telling me I have to have my I9 re-certified with my new EAD by 9/26.
So it's game over for me. Now all I can hope is I get approved before I expire so i don't accrue unlawful presence...

.I'm sitting here at work refreshing my case status every 5 minutes, I still have 3 weeks.
I wonder what's making them take so long.
