Somebody please help me! My husband just got 2 of these texts

Then he got two emails reading;
On February 14, 2013, we transferred this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

it seems that it was just transferred to another service center, other users have had this happen. We assume that it is because they are trying to balance the work load.
and I emphasize the word "assume"

That is insane, that after 5 months they decide its time to move the application somewhere else, should that be happening in the begging. I'm waiting on an approval not a transfer.

Expect a 30-45-day delay between when your application or petition is filed and when your information is available in Case Status Online, depending on the volume of applications USCIS receives.

I just wanna let everyone know: I WAS APPROVED TODAY!!!! omfg!!!! I'm in the middle of my class right now and have the biggest grin on my face!!! My friend thinks I'm getting "lucky" tonight LOL
