You don't get notifications that it has been "accepted" until they actually start the process. As in, in my case.. I sent it Dec 30th overnight with tracking. It was signed for on Dec 31st but I didnt get any notification of any kind until January 12th when the check was cashed and I got a text message saying Application accepted, even though it was in their hands since Dec 31st. If that makes sense.
