I have called the USCIS numerous times and they escalated the issue with an Officer/Agent. The problem is I have never received a call back from an agent yet. It's been well over 7 months now since i've applied for a renewal. The case was approved but the production of card has been the same for the past 3 months.

What should i do??

Note: I'm currently on an expired EAD
You are not the only one, I got approved by for EAD Jan 18 and haven't received it yet, I'm calling almost every day but they keep saying I can only ask for a service request after 1 month

Maybe they are having issues with printing the EADs again. It happened a few months ago. It was taking 10-20 days after approval to get EAD in hand.

Its been awhile since I last posted but just wanted to share my timeline since I got approved today (Thank you GOD)!! My renewal process involved me making lots of careless mistakes that I honestly feared DACA might get cancelled before my renewal even gets processed.

Stupid mistake 1 - My EAD expires in May which means I could have sent renewal in December but i miscalculated and thought 150 day mark was January, so I ended up sending it second week of January. Lost a whole month. Worst month of my life. I thought President Trump was going to cancel on the 20th so was depressed and hopeless that whole month.

Stupid mistake 2 - About a week passed since they delivered my app but I never got any notifications from them. I thought it was odd, so came on this forum and realized application fee was increased. Lost a whole 2 weeks.

Instead of waiting for my app to get returned, I just sent a whole new renewal package with a new check as soon as I learned about my mistake. Glad I took a chance and did this because my first application was returned to me more than two weeks later.

Timeline:

Application with correct filing fee delivered Jan. 23, 2017
Application processed Jan. 24, 2017
Biometric Walk in Feb. 6, 2017
Card in production Feb. 15, 2017

I feel fortunate and thankful for their speedy processing. I hope everyone gets their approvals soon. The agony of waiting for something out of your control is the worst.

How long does it usually take for the card to arrive after you've been approved?
