Sorry I couldn't replace fashionfreak and gaga The only reason I joined today was to respond to someone else who had the same issue as me, unable to retrieve their case info online with a receipt number that starts with EAC. As I said I've been reading post on here everyday since I discovered the site over the week end. It's nice to be able to compare notes with people in the same situation.
