They received my app on Oct 24th, now they transferred my case to another center. It's ok, I'm a patient man, I've waited enough years, I can hold a few more months .

My daughter, 16, was approved today for both I-821D and I-765. Application received: August 20, 2012, forwarded to: Vermont, Bio Appointments: September, 19th and November, 20th (2 bio requests). Approved: February 22nd, 2013. I did send an e-request on the 20th, at 6 months mark. Don't know if that speeded the process up, but it does look like a possibility to me.

Today I received text messages saying that my case was transferred to a new service center. I see that many applicants, from the Vermont center, are experiencing the same thing. Maybe this is a good sign.

What do you guys think will happen if you send the e-request a few days before the 6 months? Think they'll just tell you to wait a few more days?

lol i already tried it...it just doesnt go thru because you are still within the processing time limit. It just say I have to wait my six months.

How does one do an e-request? I'm a few weeks from hitting my 6 month mark. Thanks.

Thats the funny thing... I received texts for when they received my apps and stuff but thats it, i got a letter for my biometrics and stuff so i dont think my lawyer signed me up or idk really, not even emails. So i checked one day and got the great surprised. Hopefully getting my card tomorrow in the mail
