So my lawyer spoke to a higher level person at USCIS. This is the response we got:

"case is pending review and there is no timeframe for making decisions on these applications"

Finally after a see saw ride of being approved and than went back to initial review, I received an email this morning regarding my case. My card is in production and i should receive it in next 7 days.

SO I received my 2 letters of approval except for my card... lol wtf. Do they send those in to the lawyers by any chance?
The tracking number they gave me said it was delivered and in my zip code. Freakin weird :/

I received my card today I'm lucky. 50 apps behind and 30 after me got send to local office.

We got approved the same day! Did you get an envelope with just your card and the 2 letters of approval separate?

My little brother got a letter telling him they are transferring his paper work to Nebraska, wth i did my stuff wayyyyyyyyyyy before him why im i not being transferred

Ba ba ba ba big sean. I think its actually better we're not getting transferred. My theory is that they are only transferring people late september and on because the work load is too much. We should be getting handled by vermont as soon as they clear up some space.
