I know we need 60 votes . am just saying this since we have more supporters tagging in and maybe DEM could woo the remaining needed senators..

in 2007 failed cloture like by 8 votes and five sponsors didn't vote for cloture and a couple voted against cloture. you really need friends and people that won't come after you. if not mistaken, in 1986 irca had two sponsors.
