I think my case was red flagged or something! All the #s around me where already approved!
So we'll c! Unlesssssssss there were only a few older and economically well off (when applied)... And I forgot to jot down my economic necessity. Just wrote one sentence about needing to make $. (I really don't know already circled around all the reasons I'm just anxious to hear something.

Did anyone write a biography w their packets? I didn't do squat! So I now feel maybe I should of!
I highly believe that strong evidence is needed to show the economical necessity to get approved... I don't know. Just guessing
i'm 27 with a BS degree and it only took 90 days

I went to APALC in downtown LA to get all my stuff checked out before
I sent it in that is why I didnt send mine until November. .i called in august and the appointments with them were full until October so I had to wait, they gave us a checklist of the stuff we needed, and gave us a cover letter template to fill out which pretty much explained the evidence we were sending and also they kinda told us in what order to put them so it would all be easier for whoever was looking at our case to go through. .on the 1765ws I did explain my expenses but not really my income although that wasnt that high only about 12000. .

There you go. I have no idea how mine looked because my lawyer and I talked as I was giving him each thing
Diplomas
School records...
Birth stuff
Then evidence (only taxes ) (but I wish I would of send my boys2men pictures and my JLO concert tickets/pics... Saw them around aug 11 and aug 16...
And then my economic expense was what I earn. And basically all my bank charges are to VONS... So I spend all of $ on food.. I drove 30 mins to my lawyer bcuz he was highly recommended, as there's no doubt he's a very great lawyer. but I think I was his first for DACA..
I thought we were going to sit down chat and then come back again to do it but he was like u have everything on u so we should jus do it... I said ok... But man I wish I would of paid more attention on the forms because they were available online but it is what it is
Did u send evidence as how you paid for ur school? I didn't and I wonder if that's a factor.
.

.
no I didnt. .i guess they figured since i had the 12000 average income thats how i paid for school. .which on the worksheet I also told them that school and rent were my main expenses and that I needed to find a job where I could make more money to pay for graduate school
the only evidence i sent was my middle school school and hs transcripts which covered from like 96 to 2003 and city college and university transcripts which covered 2003 to 2012. .I sent the cover pages of my bank statements to prove i was here from june until november when I sent the application, which just showed the bank account balance. for my june 15 proof I sent a copy of my gym check-ins. .and i just also sent copies of my school ID's, matricula, and diplomas and degrees. .

26.

My lawyer did a very brief biography on me with an emphasis on financial necessity (e.g. housing costs, grad school tuition, gas, bills, etc.)

hahaha. .
oh nice. .i have a couple of friends that also did sociology degrees or are working on them still. .yea i have heard about them. .thats cool. .at the university me and a couple other guys tried starting a chapter of SIFE at our school. .but one guy graduated and the other one went to Libya during that revolution they had and he stayed there until it was pretty much over and the other guys we had in it werent too involved in it. .I wasnt either so I just kinda let it go and stopped going to meetings and just let it die out. .it was a good idea just couldn't get any of our projects off the ground. .oh well. .it would have been nice to do something for the community haha but we were sprinters trying to run a marathon hahahaha
