I do have a lot of info they can pull up, entry with visa as tourist 3 times, overstay, high school records, moved like 10 times, college records, medical records, dui charge that was dropped to reckless, speeding ticket which led to arrest for no license, that led to me being picked up by ICE, was detained for 2 months, was a little active on the push for Dream Act, CIR, campaigned against Romney....

I don't know how far down the rabbit hole USCIS and the FBI can look into a person. Sometimes I think I'm too paranoid, but they might be tracking everything I do online, phone calls, text. They can do all of this and more if they have any suspicion that a certain individual is a threat to the nation.

Except for the campaigning (since I'm scared I'll be detained/deported for it), my case is similar like yours...which makes me think I might have to wait as much as you do.

ahhh , has anyone ever heard of someone getting approved after contacting the ombudsman office?

Is all of you had regular HS diploma or Online HS diploma?

i had online HS diploma this is why is taking longer....But I'm doing GED now after I already apply for DACA . I'm on my last stage of getting my real GED. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN TELL USCIS ABOUT MY REAL GED THAT I WILL GET?????

no just wait it out to see what they decide on your case , give it time

On May 28, 2013, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

I campaigned against Romney for 2 full months. Best decision of my entire bloody life. Self deport yourself you douche (Romney)!

I got approved, but like two months after my Ombudsman request was closed. So i doubt it helped at all.
