Same here! Just got the email and text

i got approved for both! i was actually very very nervous since mine expires on 10/02/14 and i only sent in my application at the end of july....

here's my time line...

Date Application Sent - 07/21/2014 Phoenix, AZ (express mail)
Date delivered - 07/23/2014 10:17am
Date acceptance letter of application received - 07/25/2014 (rerouted to Nebraska)
Date of I-797 C Notice of Action (Application Accepted) - 07/27/2014
Date Biometrics scheduled & completed- completed on 08/13/14
DACA/EAD: in production 09/05/14(ead) 09/08/14(daca)

Did anyone just get their I-821D approval letter so far, and not the EAD approval letter that comes with the card?

Do they normally come together? I forget...

You get an I797C for the the I821D, the I797D for the I765 comes attached to the new EAD. It's not green like the regular notices.

Yea, I was just thinking the I765 approval letter would've been in my mailbox the same time as my I821D approval letter.

Hope its not lost...lol...

Don't worry about it. That's the case with everybody. EAD comes a couple days later, maybe even a day later. So good luck tomorrow, or else probably Monday.

Confession: I never received a LIN number for my I 821D only my i765 i don't know why. When my card and letter came in the mail the i765 said my case was deferred so i guess they just killed two birds with one stone. I thought to share this in case someone has the same situation.

Approved on the 8th/Monday, got my EAD card + notice in the mail on 12th/Friday, they even had the USPS priority tracking link on the USCIS site.
