December EAD Expirations Group - Page 9

Anyone expiring on December and already approved from the Texas a Service Center? My EAD expires December 16 and I'm starting to get worried.

I was approved on oct 30.

I recently emailed my local Congressman. Let's see where that goes.

I think I might do a service request or contact Ombudsman if I am not approved by 11/21. They will be gone at least 4 days for Thanksgiving and we saw how that worked out in 2012. My sister has not been approved either and her EAD expires before mine does.

I thought about a service request but I thought that might lead me nowhere as that would just make them tell me that my "90 day" period doesn't start until I-821D is approved. -_-

Ombudsman it is then. I can't afford to expire. So, I'll give them two more weeks and then contact Ombudsman.

im still waiting.... and HR is on my butt right now.... i can't afford to lose the job.... anyone can tell me the number to call? is it the same as the number to call to check status 18003755283??

How do i contact my Ombudsman I live in oregon and my job have been on me as well. they even ship one day letters to my house.

So I did a service request, and got an email back saying that since it is on a case by case basis, My case is not an emergency.

Got notification that my card went into production this morning. No DACA approval yet.

Original expiration: 12/17/14
Biometrics: 9/8/14
Approval: 11/13/14

Now, we're waiting for my sister's approval.
