AS in IT here (working on my BS IT Network Administration) I make about 70k + 5k benefits, completely doable. Just received a Sr. promotion yesterday so I should get a pay bump. I would've done CS but I was an idiot since I didn't know what computer science was.

nope. they are the most talented and productive members of society.

find me a USC that can do isk84life at Google? Dreamers with degrees and high paying jobs strengthen our cause.

tf? r u really saying Dreamers shouldnt be succesful? i bet u cant relate since u barely make poverty level, u can qualify fo the goodlatte bill. 14k a yr? really? tf? a McDonalds worker makes more than that.

and even if no relief comes, those dreamers will have no problem being succesful anywhere in the globe, while you can stay here illegal and beg for scraps.

this is disappointing Pianos, you are setting the lowest bar for Dreamers.

If I was a USC and a DACA dreamer has a better paying job than I do, I'd probably just commit suicide.

So some of you here saying shit like getting BA and master with 70k salary is easy just blows my mind away.
You do realize people who meet that standards are far less than DACA recipients among the entire Dreamer population, right?
I dropped out of art school before my BA and I make 6 figure income with my current job because a degree don't have any merits in the field I work at. But since I don't have a degree I guess I'm not good enough for this country.
Do you realize how bat shit crazy that is? Just go to any mid west states and see how many 70k+ jobs are out there.
I think people who have high school degree or GED with a job who doesn't depend on government aid should be enough to say they're successful.

Yup, my boss (nonDACA) has a six figure managerial position and he is a 4 time college drop out (due to family commitments).

Agreed. We appear to have a similar mentality.
