This is a victory for Miller. He keeps pushing for his nativist bullshit and he just has to swallow protecting dreamers. If this passes as is, the undocumented population has no negotiations ground.

Aged out Dreamers have long histories of employment, homes, families, and education. The most equities and the most impact in the economy and employers.

A good negotiation should include them.
