I'm expiring 09/2020...should I send it in ASAP or wait? Last time I sent it in 7 months early and the whole process was done in about two months (I think as soon as I hit the 150 day mark). Either way I'll keep things ready. What do you guys think?

Thats far out. But you can if you want to. I’d recommend September at the earliest. If SCOTUS decides to take the case, won’t hear arguments until October (decision in June 2020). Hopefully they don’t take it up and let the lower courts decide first.

Is getting biometrics rescheduled even doable? Is it a pain in the ass?

I have a work conference I'm going to and am presenting and feel like my appointment date will be cursed and will land right on the conference dates.

Do it now and get it out of the way. Once accepted and biometrics are done, they will approve you once you are within 150 days of expiration.

It's a step up from where you are now in case anything happens. I would rather be in the "people who have submitted a renewal" category rather than those that have not categort in case something happens.

Do you expire on 2/20? i have the same expiration too and haven't been approved. We won't get approved until like September.. They wait until 150days mark. Hopefully DACA still in place by then.
