if you know who your congressperson is, contact their office. give them a call and say would like for them to look into why your DACA renewal has been held up. They should have some process in place where you can either come into their office or provide them with the necessary information to make this inquiry.

Anyone knows which Congressman i should contact in Soutg Florida?
My job requires that i travel and i also go to school, my DL and EAD needs to be updated in order for me to sign up to summer class.. my DL expires at the end of April.

Honestly, google "my local congressman + zip code".

Will give that a shot.

About to renew my Daca

I couldn't seem to find an updated version of the


(Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance)

pdf file it has expired since last year .

So did they discontinue this?

On the first time I ever applied and 2nd time (renewal) I applied I put (c) (33)

and this would be my 3rd time (second time renewing) I would just put that again correct?

not sure about G-1145 but category is still (c)(33). However I would highly recommend you read the instructions for filing form I-765.

Hello everyone.
I don't know if I am in the correct forum.?
I have seen everyone's timelines and see the progress of this 5 years living in a DREAM. I initially applied for my DACA back in 2013 and was approved same year(only took 4 months) applied every two years since. In 2015 it only took me 40 days to be approved from app received to EAD in hand. However, this year my ead is about to expire in may i recently applied(due to financial problems) with a lawyer on march 8,2017 but i have not received any noticed or anything. Lawyer told me to wait at least until next week, same with uscis(to callback in two weeks). I don't know if they have received my paperwork of if I'm just paranoid since its about to expire. Also i travel with advance parole in 2015 to mexico and advance parole took about 1 month to be approved. I'm sorry if its confusing or too long. But from your personal experiences has anyone experience any problems with applying. I did not sent the form G1145 as many of you had since my lawyer took care of everything. Thanks in advance.

Seems like there was progress made over at USCIS today. Finally got my DACA approved...atleast the work permit (still waiting on the other one). I encourage you to check--if you are still waiting for renewal.
