Did you already have SSN before applying to DACA? One speculation for late approval for people with SSN before DACA is that immigration has to match all the past record. My lawyer said people with no records (SSN nor immigration record) got the approval sooner. But people with the history, like myself with my SSN for last 16 years are still waiting.. Can anyone validate this? |
