In essence, they go by order. If you submit your application first, you will get a Biometrics appointment first. After you do the Biometrics is when things get out of line. Some people's background checks take longer to complete than others, so those people who are finished first get reviewed first.

It's not a "whoever submits their application first will be approved first" type of order. It's a who's ever case moves along faster is first.

For the majority of people, I think it's that.

If background checks were really the cause of the processing times you wouldn't have Cali approving in 3 months or less.

Well lets say person A has a bunch of names and previous addresses...
FBI has to verify all that... Person B has a clean record same address and is younging...
Why not get person Bs approval out of the way while they wait for person As stuff to clear???

Makes sense to me.
But had i known that moving a lot was a pain in the rear i would of probably not move around

I really don't think the FBI actually looks at how many addresses you lived at...I could be wrong, but that's good waste of resources.

I moved around the city a lot since I've been living here, there's no actually record of that because I was a kid. On record, I moved about 3 times in the last 10 years. Too much rent...and mom's a single mom what can we do. lol

Now for multiple names, I don't know or need the details of this. It's not my business, but I'm going to assume that you gave them this information. My theory...if a person does have multiple names...the only way they can verify it is with the person's fingerprints, That I'm aware of...now that person would have to be fingerprinted with those names and be on record. Right?

Same my name is John Doe, and on record with this name. Say I also go by the name Infamous Knight but I'm not on any record with this name. How would they verify that Infamous Knight is John Doe?
