Hey guys, I'm running to a card center tomorrow, just a quick question, for numbers 9 and 10 on the SS-5, do I have to list my parents names or can I just leave the information blank? Also should I put my step-father as my father, or should I list my biological father on it (ie. asshole who I don't even know).

Get a state ID / Driver's License ASAP, if you lose that then replacement fee is $17.50 (for Driver's license or permit) or $6-8 for ID card.
DL in FL is $50 -_-

Permit alone is like 97 or so in NY. I was just talking about the replacement costs for it (if you lose it).

exactly, $50 to replace the card if lost lol. It used to be $10, then went to $20 and a couple of months later, last time congress talked about immigration, it jumped up to $50.

Everytime congress talks about immigration all the fees go up, surprised that hasnt been the case this time...yet :S
