Does the biometrics letter come in at the same time as the receipts? Right now I am only seeing one letter being posted (can't open to view due to error 500) on ELIS under my I-765.

They come separate. Usually 3-4 weeks after the receipts. However, some people have been getting their biometrics letter within a week.

Yes. Just reset your password or call USCIS. It happen to my account due to inactivity.

What's the deal with bio metrics? Is there a certain time period where I wouldn't have to do them? My last bio metrics appt was a little more than a year ago. I've read that they are valid for 15 months.

I feel like Chicago is the slowest. I sent my package out on the 18h, got there on the 22. I got the usual text message saying they received it, but no word on the bio appt yet
