Wow, these last couple of pages are very depressing. I feel for all of us who are on the verge of expiration. I hate to be the guy who says this but this "work permit" BS sucks. I know it helps out a bit but if it wasn't for the damn Republicans we would have had a complete pathway to citizenship long ago. Mr. Obama said he would implement an executive action to create a comprehensive immigration reform... only after the election. Like if he's scared of the Republicans. Seriously, how much more angry can he make them? They find fault in everything he does so at this point he shouldn't even care. Because of Latinos Mr. Obama got his second term, you'd think he'd do something to thank the Latino community. He should help us all out now; help us for real this time, not with some pity "work permit" that we have to be renewing every 2 years, spending money, and even worse, some of us are being terminated from jobs and in danger of being caught driving without a license because they haven't processed our applications on time?! We payed a fee for this process! They had one job, ONE job. The struggle is real guys and girls. If only the latin "media" could help us put some pressure on USCIS reporting some real news like us getting screwed over by USCIS instead of them playing stories about how some witch does magic in Latin America.

@JM1990 it just shows how much we need a permanent solution. hahaha The Latin media is shit, they keep the whole Latino community in an island. It would be nice to see how they would implement an EAD for millions, when they can barely manage 600,000 + people.

How long is it usually taking for your EAD to arrive in the mail after you've been approved?
