Yeah. Pulled over for not stopping at a stop sign and driving with an out of state license. Went to court and the judge told me to go to jail to do finger prints..rest is history...removal proceeding.

u and me both buddy. I can understand people at other service centers getting through before me, but i don't understand why people at tsc is skipping me in the line!

I don't think I've ever had a single interaction with a police officer except for the one time I won the D.A.R.E. essay writing contest and a police officer handed me my award....so no, I have no clue why the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck it's taking so long.

My brother just got approved. I filed his application.

Application Sent: Sept 25th Application Accepted: October 1st Biometrics Done: October 23rd and Approval: November 16th

Update for those that knew about my case:

Called uscis yesterday after a month of still never receiving an RFE letter since my Rfe text notice Oct 11th, and already requested a new one to be sent but nothing. They said that on Oct 25th, they sent me an email to disregard the RFE notice and that I my i821d was actually approved that same day. I never received that email, but this makes sense, seeing how I've already received my EAD card on oct 31st and my ssn came in the mail today. Still, I don't understand why it had to be so complicated. lol. but yay meee. i'm officially approved and clear!

No, I did not receive the letter yet. I called yesterday and USCIS said that an immigration officer is working on my case just like your brother Justin.
