I'm getting so anxious with this waiting period. I finally told my self if I have waited 21 yrs what's a few more days!!

For those of you who are minors and got accepted, got a quick question .
I filled out my brother's application, he is 16 years old. Everything was signed and written on his name including the returning address.. What I was thinking, since he is a minor, does he need parents consent or anything like it?
