Help! I mailed my packet to chicago trew usps express 8/23 the tracking delivered and some J.C signed for it on 8/24 its saturday now and no notification i thought it took only 24 hours? Should i worry???? Has any one had this problem or they are taking more than 24 hours?? Thanks

any one know what number order I have to follow to actually get to talk to a representative at the USCIS number 1 800 375 5283, the automated voice system isnt any help to me..

I dont think you can get a person during the weekend tho

I cant get through to a representative, I did a little searching and found that its unlikely to get a human response from the hotline... I tried USCIS.gov but my it says it cant be found at this time....
I have re eived my I-797c I just want to ask why Ive been assigned a Different ALien Number than thr one I put in my I-821D and I-765.

Notification they accepted your application? That's been taking between 3-5 days for everyone.

NO, you should not worry. It takes at least three days to get a notification, if you are lucky. Most likely five days.

Hi, I have some questions, hopefully somone can answer them.
1. Can an expired vista along with the admission stamp be used as proof of unlawful status? I couldn't find my I-94
2. Is a car considered an asset? I don't want to put 0's in both income and assets.
