I have a question, I currently rent a room in a house, but I have a different mailing address for my mail. For the I-765, I wrote down my residential address and not my mailing address. The owners of the house will be out of the country until October and their mail will be held at the post office. I'm wondering if they will send the receipts/confirmation letter to my mailing address?

Page 1, Part 1, Mailing Address, "In Care of Name." If I'm 18, do I have to put my father's name if I'm still living with him? If I do, does that put him at risk?

Page 3, Part 2. Do the date's Ive lived in all previous US addresses have to be completely accurate? What if parents are separated? Should I list my primary house (father's) as my present address, and then list my mother's address as Address 1 with "Move-in date to present date" and explain that I switch between houses in Part 7?

If I'm filling out the form on my own, do I just ignore page 5 (part 5 and 6?) I am the requestor, right?

so I qualify for the DACA and are applying but I have been out of the country twice since 2007 and for those departure I actually have affidavit and documents to prove what I went for. Do you think this will be a problem? I am filling out the forms myself because I don't have money for a lawyer......Can someone explain how they filed if they have the same situation as me?

I think a mistake was made n my part I sent my package with all the required documents and had made copies for myself. Unfortunately I think that while packaging I could have mixed both packages and sent them. Will this create any complications?
Thanks.

I have a question: I just renewed my passport and when I looked at it my name is a little different. For example, my name in all my documentation uses the format Name MIDDLENAME LASTNAME, but my passport uses the format NAME MIDDLENAME de LASTNAME? What should I do? What I include in the 'other names' section?

and do we really need two passport pictures? Thanks
