Before the request is submitted to the Service Center, it is reviewed by an officer, and when he sees that your I-765 is based on your I-821D application, he wont send it and you will get an email or a letter telling you that. Having to have a professional license always held me back from trying to do something like that... Hopefully i can get my daca and go for a masters.... I'd love to b a professional licensed counselor.
