Ah Ok. Basically it will not really affect your case. Just be aware of the CSPA "opt-out" option whenever you are getting ready to apply for adjustment of status. Best of luck!

Any updates on cases yet?

I will be submitting a service request for my AOS EAD application next week as I havent heard anything.I believe you can submit a SR after the case is pending for 75 days for AOS applications.

Completed my biometrics today. My DACA was approved last week so I'm breathing a sigh of relief that there's no rush here for the AOS. Hoping things go according to schedule here though.

I got an RFE today because I didn't include my medical exam but I informed them when I applied that I would bring it in to the interview. The RFE didn't say to send them one but to infact have it ready to bring whenever I get scheduled. So I'm guessing they have everything else they need but that.

I sent my packet last week of July and it was received Aug 2nd. I did biometrics Aug 25th, received this RFE for medical exam today. I'm in the process of doing the medical exam so I should have it done by the time I'm scheduled.

Did my medical yesterday, all my forms are filled out, and if I didn't catch Zika or something contagious in the last two years (since my last physical) hope everything turns out okay.
