Just realized if he had killed it fully there would be urgency to push Congress. So the Hanen fker wants the urgency to be gone THEN plans to kill DACA fully.

Extremely sinister

"Hanen found the program violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) when it was created but said that since there were so many people currently enrolled in the program - nearly 650,000 - his ruling would be TEMPORARILY stayed for their cases and their renewal applications.

"To be clear," the judge said, the order does not require the government to take "any immigration, deportation or criminal action against any DACA recipient."

It's all in the hands of congress
Folks, don't swear at the judge or be nasty. He is simply doing his job. To even allow the existing DACA continue is considerate. My heart goes out to all the new applicants, but congress has to fix this for all of us. I was fired from my corporate job because my timely renewal was approved late. But I still feel fortunate.
We must earn their consideration, by pleading for it and demonstrating we are worth it. Being nasty and rude and demanding will just alienate any possible support!

Good lord. What a joke. So disconnected from reality.

They make fun of UWD yet they believe their propaganda, at the end we will all end up with nothing and back to square one. Only then theyll realize how wrong they were.

Exactly. This is the same Congress and administration that are letting the unemployment benefits expiring in September, hurting millions of legal residents and citizens.

But yet some dreamers really think Congress will suddenly run to help us out once DACA is finished? Midterms are around the corner. After 2021 no one is going to want to touch immigration bill on an election year.

Daca has been challenged so many time and I think eventually it will end; I mean, someone will actually figure out a way to kill it. When it does, I hope the party in power is sympathetic towards us.

He was shopped by the Texas Governor and AG specifically for his anti-immigration views. If they would have gone to a judge in Hawaii for instance, it would have been a completely different "doing their job".
