Hello all, my grandparents are USC and they're not getting younger anytime soon but parent is a GC holder, however, the majority of my family including my uncle are USC.

I wonder if they will pass something along similar lines of work sponsorship. I doubt there is a way but can't this be just enough to request a case in the future?

What possibilities (if any..) can there even be?

Get petitioned in any category (work or family), seek I-601A through the parent.
