My old case was denied because of my home school diploma (waited 2 years to get denied) but I reapplied but this time with my GED (timeline is below) and now I'm waiting to get approved .

back in to the roller coaster all over again, my First Daca application was Denied because i did not responded on time to the RFE (which is total bs rfe was received month and half before dead line) and just today i sent the new application, hope this time around i do get approved(crossing fingers).

Finally got approved. Long time but I got to say it's worth it ..

I'm approved for DACA. How can I get my passport back from ICE Custody?
They have it since 2009 when I had deportation order for not going to court master hearing (absentia).

what do I need to do to close my case administration?? Which form I need to use? and do I need to contact ICE or EOIR?

Hello all, so after waiting two years I finally applied for Daca. Yes, waited too long I was stupid I know. But happily after sending my application back in october I just got Approved on 2/3/2015. My packet was sent to Nebraska and that got me scared after reading this center liked to take their sweet time, but 4 months didnt seem too long.
Good luck to everyone applying for the first time or waiting for renewals.

Congrats to you but I really don't understand how some people get approved in two months and others two long years. With all the right documents it makes no damn sense.

Hey yall, so I just wanted to let you guys know I was finally approved.

I am going to post about my trajectory for those out there who've lost hope.

It took 14 months to be approved, especially considering that three months after I sent in my application I was arrested for a misdemeanor.

I had to do a LOT of work but I was just accepted yesterday! Don't lose hope!

Was your case straight forward? In my case in in cali it was forward it to Nebraska. I have been only had 2 tickets for not having a license, did not graduate but I went back to get my diploma a school program you basically you make the missing credits to graduate, I sent my application with my transcripts that I got when I was done bc they had to make my diploma.
