What states give Driver Licenses to undocumented people?

anybody know which ones? want to help some people. heard something about Washington state but not sure. TIA

during covid time NY did and I dont know if they are still giving to undocumented. and I dont recall any special marking on it. its just regular. had a frind used to live in NY who got one from NY.

Virginia offers driver privilege cards to undocumented immigrants. It does not look any different than a regular drivers license. Only that it has "Federal Limits Apply" in the upper right corner as it is not REAL ID compliant.

The only caveat is that you must have filed (state) taxes for at least a year here.
