Hi! I have only ever done the renewal via paper/pen before and mine currently expires in June. I would like to send it out sometime this month for renewal.

What is the direct link for submitting a renewal and is it the same forms as doing it via paper/mail?
Actually kind of concerned about doing it properly so if anyone can advise that would be great. thank you!

There's a video with some information on the USCIS website on daca renewal page with good information. Or search for videos on youtube. There are several tutorials.

I did it for the first time last year and it is pretty simple and intuitive; I was approved no problem. Any questions you have can easily be googled and there are several youtube tutorials. The EAD card and puncture can be uploaded via the portal.

You can review the documents before submitting it, and if you mess up, don't submit it; just delete it and start over. There are no trick questions or complicated processes.

It is nothing to stress over.. Post any questions

You don’t need help. It is super easy. It is self explanatory if you speak English and know how to use a computer. This was my first time renewing online and I got approved in a week. I expire in February 2026 but I just filed early just for my own personal peace of mind. I applied last week and I was approved today.

What documents did you provide for online filing?

They just want a photo of the front and back of your current EAD and also passport photos.

What about like 2 yrs worth of bills, taxes, pay stubs, etc?

Do you just upload the passport photos?

Yep, I uploaded the photos. I’ve never submitted those things in prior renewals so no taxes, pay stubs or 2 yrs worth of bills and I have always gotten approved.

Hello, so your new EAD expires February 2027? Mine expires in Feb 2026 as well but I was considering renewing early as well for a peace of mind, I am aware I would lose a year but because I am honestly scared... I wasn't sure if they would accept and approve renewal applications a year out. Thank you

Nope, January 2027 but I will take it. I heard Biden administration is telling them to renew all before Trump gets in office. I dunno if it is true or not but I got approved extremely fast like a week or so.
