The number I called was specifically set up so people could get information. Everyone was polite and it was very simple, I doubt they would set up specifically for something and then get upset when people call it.

umanzor if you don't mind what number did you call. I did my bio on 9/18 and started to get worried.
What info did the people on the phones ask in order to check your biometrics.
I would really appreciate any help.
