I applied for Advance Parole 2 months ago, today i got an email saying that they mailed me a request for additional evidence.
this is what I sent:
- Proof of my DACA
- ID
- A letter form a doctor with my grandmas diagnosis (translated and notarized)
- A letter explaining why I need to go see my grandma (she raised me as a kid)
- Form I-131 completed
-2 passport photos
-Payment (money order)

One thing I did not send was my birth certificate. Anyone has a clue if I missed anything? TIA

I think they likely need your Birth Certificate. I sent mine and my dad's to show my relationship to my grandma. Good luck!

What are your timelines?

They received mine on May 11th. I already purchased my tickets for July 7th.

This is my second AP application... If anyone has received an AP recently, please let me know how long it took for you guys to get approved.

As others said, you might have to establish relation to said grandmother (your birth certificate, and birth certificate of the parent linking you to said grandmother, w/ translation if not in English).
