You Tube video tutorial

Well, I had tried but every time I post something and use the You Tube button, instead of getting a little screen, like all the hot shots in this site, I'll get a empty "ghost" screen.

I know i am not doing something right but I am going still blame someone else. If someone can show me how to do it, he/she will be in my cool book.
