DACA Lawsuit Status

What’s the status on the DACA litigation, it’s been a little quiet the past couple months. No news is always good news, but I thought there was going to be some movement on the case this month.

it's in the appeals process.. Judges don't really want to take up DACA during an election year when it absolutely guaranteed nothing will happen in Congress. They are hopeful like that

Would be nice to have actual dates

next year like in June or after is when DACA is getting terminated for good.
