What is the process aswell?
The problem I see with that is that you cannot go through Adjust of Status (AOS) from within the US via employer sponsorship. AP is only good to you if you plan to AOS via marriage to a US citizen.

From what I understand, if you plan on getting sponsored by your employer, you'll still need to go to the embassy appointment in your home country. If you've been unlawfully in the US for more than 6 months or more than one year, you'll trigger the 3 or 10 year bar when you go to the appointment.

It is my understanding that you can only go through the employer sponsorship process if you have an approved 245(i).

I did my biometric for DACA back in August, do I need to do a biometric again for my I-601A?

If you have to do biometrics every time you renew DACA, you'll probably have to do it again since this is a different process. I don't have DACA, so this is just a guess.

I though biometric is good for one year, I’m hoping that they will just skip the biometric and speed up my application.

This is extremely unlikely.

The biometrics are a key part of the I-601A process. Also, you'll have an additional biometrics appointment when you go to your embassy appointment.

Good luck!

It won't speed up your application either way. They process the waivers depending on the date they receive them. Right now they're processing the ones from April 6 of this year.

Going through other immigration forums last year I came upon a section where a lawyer would do QAs, does anyone remember or know what I am talking about.

She was a lawyer that specialized in AOS / Inadmissibility cases.

Hot blonde lawyer, does anyone know what I am talking about. I forgot the name and I can't find her online anymore.
