Hello everyone, good luck this week!

I sent another service request and in response to the EAD got the same standard: We must approve your DACA first then the window for that kicks in,etc.

I also inquired about my DACA case through the NSC Followup email address direct from my email. In response I got this.

"Good morning (LeaPaul),

Thank you for your inquiry about your Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewal request.

I have asked for a supervisory review of your renewal case. If you have not received any notice from USCIS within the next 21-30 days, please contact us again.

The National Customer Service Center’s toll free number is 1-800-375-5283 or you may access the CIS web site at www.uscis.gov should you have any further questions or need additional information.

Thank you"

Has anyone ever gotten this response or knows what it means?

I know, but it seems like they are putting more bodies to the old cases now. I get responses within days now, actually saying specifics. Before it was all generic script.

based on your experience what is the best way to contact them and actually get a fast and "somewhat" accurate response?

I received your app is in line for a officer review, but didn't see this one before.
More specific answers are always welcome, only wish those 21-30 days mean something. These placeholder waiting days are arbitrary and not something they will stick to.

I got something similar in July 19

But I'm still it's been past 30 days....

They are so nauseating. It doesn't need to be this hard to approve our cases, especially since they're renewals. If they needed us to resend our applications or do our biometrics over, I'm sure the majority of us would gladly do so. It's just ridiculous.

Hi All,

I received a response from my USCIS service request for my EAD, since I wasn't able to submit it for DACA. This is what they responded:

"U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show your case is in line to be reviewed by an officer. We ask that you allow additional time for this process to take place since we process these cases in the order received. If after 60 days you have not received anything in the mail, please contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at the number provided below."

I expire on 9/10/16 -- so yeah... this will put me at October 22nd which is the 60 days if I haven't heard anything back. My job only grants 30 days of leave of absence and then I get immediately fired, so this sucks.

I have an info pass next Wednesday, where I'll be showing the USCIS site where it says they can externe DACA if it's not the applicant's fault, and there's nothing wrong with the background check. Don't expect much out of this, but will try anyways.
